Via any of the London airports (Heathrow, Gatwick, or Stansted), Birmingham or Manchester airports. There are also international airports at Cardiff and Bristol with regular flights to mainland Europe and Ireland. Flights have also started to and from Swansea.

From the South East and South West: Follow the M4 to junction 49. Take the A483 to Llanwrda, then the A40 in the direction of Llandovery. After 6 miles, just after Abermarlais Caravan Park, turn left (sign-posted Llansadwrn). At the next T junction, turn right, drive around the church, then take the next left towards Carmel. Then follow the directions given below*.

From the North / Midlands: head towards Llandovery; then take the A40 south for 4 miles to Llanwrda; turn right through the village towards Lampeter. After 1 mile turn left (sign-posted Llansadwrn), take the next right towards Carmel and follow above directions from*.

* Continue for 2 miles along the narrow road until you see the Ashram gate and sign on the left hand side. Drive carefully up the track for just over half a mile to reach the Ashram.
