From the South East and South West:
Follow the M4 to junction 49. Take the A483 to Llanwrda, then the A40 in the direction of Llandovery. After 6 miles, just after Abermarlais Caravan Park, turn left (sign-posted Llansadwrn). At the next T junction, turn right, drive around the church, then take the next left towards Carmel. Then follow the directions given below*.
From the North / Midlands: head towards Llandovery; then take the A40 south for 4 miles to Llanwrda; turn right through the village towards Lampeter. After 1 mile turn left (sign-posted Llansadwrn), take the next right towards Carmel and follow above directions from*.
* Continue for 2 miles along the narrow road until you see the Ashram gate and sign on the left hand side. Drive carefully up the track for just over half a mile to reach the Ashram.
