Directed by Swami Nishchalananda, this unique course explores the practices of the Vigyana Bhairava Tantra which offers us accessible and simple means of bringing yoga and meditation into our daily life. We all have busy lives, and for those of us who have the aspiration to follow the path of yoga and meditation our challenge can often be lack of time. However the teachings of the Vigyana Bhairava Tantra directly address this dilemma. They show us that even when we can’t seem to find time, to let every situation:
•    be considered an opportunity to practise
•    help us to be present in the Now
•    remind us of our deeper aim in life and what we are in essence.
