They provide a link between the physical practices of asana (postures) and the deeper meditative practices, stimulating vital energy and inducing an alert stillness within - opening us up to insight and wisdom.

It is suitable for both yoga teachers who wish to deepen their knowledge and, more importantly, their practical experience of these core practices, and also for sincere practitioners who wish to go deeper in their practice and understanding.

The course prospectus gives full details of the course, including costs, and you can also watch a short video by Swami Krishnapremananda giving brief details of the course.
