This is a new and comprehensive course giving a systematic training in the core Hatha Yoga practices of Pranayama, Mudra and Bandha. They provide a link between the physical practices of asana (postures) and the deeper meditative practices, stimulating vital energy and inducing an alert stillness within - opening us up to insight and wisdom.
It is suitable for both yoga teachers who wish to deepen their knowledge and, more importantly, their practical experience of these core practices, and also for sincere practitioners who wish to go deeper in their practice and understanding.

This course will be an invaluable opportunity to explore and deepen your understanding of these core practices, both in theory and practice, so that they can enrich your yoga practice. By the end of the course, you will have been exposed to a comprehensive range of pranayama, mudra and bandha practices, and experienced at first-hand how they induce meditation. Furthermore, you will have gained the understanding as to how and when to use them as part of your regular yoga practice.
To optimise the quality of experience for all participants, the numbers will be limited to 20 places only, and will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.
